Not satisfied with your purchase?
If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase but the item is in full working condition, please notify us first via email at email@example.com to provide us your feedback. You can then return items in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt. We will issue you a refund for the purchased cost of your item(s), however refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund you the item price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Unfortunately, we do not allow for exchanges as we keep our inventory levels low.
You shouldn't have any doubts when you shop with us. We always do quality control before shipping any products to you, but sometimes things happen and items could get damaged during transit.
If you receive a defective/damaged item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo and details of the defect within 30 days of receiving the item.
Once we receive the photo showing the defect, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will either replace the product if still in available or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment, whichever option you prefer. The refund will fully cover the purchase cost and shipping cost.
